15. Refund Policy
All funds paid to Breakthrough Capital LTD are
NON-REFUNDABLE until you have successfully passed the evaluation process. Clients will receive a refund of their initial payment only after they have completed three payout cycles. Outside of this condition, no refunds will be issued.
16. Trading Rules
You confirm that you have read and fully understand all trading rules as outlined in our
FAQ and agree to abide by these rules. You acknowledge that any breach of these rules, whether maliciously or by violating risk parameters (such as exceeding drawdown limits or blowing the account), may result in the forfeiture of your account without further recourse. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all stated terms and to stay updated on any new rules, which will be added to the
FAQ as they are implemented.
